These terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of promotion services from BackerExplore ("we", "us"). By placing an order you accept these terms.

1. The service

We promote live crowdfunding campaigns by email to our subscriber community, according to the plan you purchase: a slot in a shared newsletter, or a dedicated email about your project. Plan contents and prices are listed on the pricing section of this site.

2. Ordering and scheduling

• We review every project before promoting it and may decline projects we consider a poor fit for our audience; declined orders paid in advance are refunded in full.
• Send dates are agreed with you and scheduled around your campaign timeline. Sends usually go out within 2–4 days of slot confirmation.
• You will receive a preview of the email for approval before it is sent.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your campaign, and hold the rights to all images and text you supply.
• Keep your campaign page live and materially unchanged through the promotion period.
• Comply with the rules of the platform hosting your campaign.

4. Guarantee and refunds

Every plan carries the ROI guarantee described in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms. The refund policy is the exclusive remedy for underperformance.

5. Disclaimers

• Crowdfunding results depend on many factors outside our control; beyond the guarantee in the refund policy, we make no promise about total campaign outcomes.
• BackerExplore is an independent service. Kickstarter, Indiegogo, and Kickbooster are trademarks of their respective owners, and none of them endorses or is affiliated with us.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a plan is limited to the amount you paid for that plan.
